How the BDC helps Community Development Corporations (CDCs)
The BDC is a tool and resource for CDCs to use to help their business community grow and succeed.
The BDC counts on community partners to generate leads and to make quality/targeted investment decisions that meet the needs of the City and the community.
The BDC will pay CDCs up to $1,500 to package loans and to assist in closing loans that the CDC has originated.
