How BDC loan products can help private lenders close deals
The BDC has worked with several dozen banks and private lenders to close deals ranging from multi-million dollar commercial real estate developments to $10,000 working capital loans.
The BDC wants to work with you to generate and close deals. The BDC financing programs are designed to mitigate risk and to free up cash flow. BDC financing will be subordinate to primary lender financing and will work with the primary lender to structure the deals such that the lenders and the borrower can feel confident that the business will succeed and the lenders will get paid back.
The BDC does not have any exclusive relationships with any private lenders. The BDC will work with any private lender to make their deal work.
