The BDC loan officer will work with you to:
- Understand your business and business financing needs
- Identify the best financing program to meet your business needs
- Find a private lender to help finance the deal
- Structure the financing
- Package your loan package for underwriting approval
I am a private lender/bank...
The BDC loan officer will work with you to close your deal by:
- Matching your deal with the appropriate BDC loan financing product
- Reducing the private lender’s risk and exposure
- Structuring the financing
- Coordinating the loan application approval and closing process with the private lender’s processes
NOTE: The BDC will work with any private lender.
The BDC does not have any exclusive relationships with any private lenders. The BDC will work with any private lender to make their deal work.
The BDC is committed to making the loan application, approval and closing process as efficient as possible and will work as quickly as the borrower and private lender are able.
