for Residential/Home Improvement Projects

Applications are being accepted from contractors interested in participating in our home improvement loan programs. Home improvement general contractors with a minimum of $400,000 general liability insurance, $15,000 in cash or lines of credit for materials and expenses, certified in Lead Based Paint removal/abatement and have a good work history may qualify.
