Financial Assistance/Tools
The Urban Redevelopment Authority can provide financial assistance from its own resources as well as be a conduit to other financing tools, including state and federal grant and loan programs as well as special financing tools.
URA Financing
Various loan and grant programs are administered by the URA including the Streetface Program, the Urban Development Fund (UDF) Program, and Community Development Block Grants (CDBG).
Tax Incentives
Various tax incentives are available throughout the City of Pittsburgh.
