Eligible Emergency Conditions
- Carbon monoxide hazard
- Gas leak or discontinued gas service
- Severe electrical condition or discontinued electrical service
- No heat in winter conditions (from October through April)
- Severe structural deficiencies
- No water, or no hot water
- Polluted water supply
- Missing sanitary facilities or uncontained or backed-up sewage
- Massive rodent or insect infestation

- Maximum loan -- $5,000 per unit or $7,000 for 2 units

- Term -- up to 10 years
