What are the Requirements?

• Home must be located in the City of Pittsburgh
• Borrower must own and occupy the home
• Home must be used as a residence only
• Borrower must have an acceptable credit record
• Income limits apply in Program Areas only
• Loan amount depends on work needed, income and borrower's other financial obligations
