- Loan terms of 10, 15 or 20 years
- Borrow from $2,500 to $35,000
- Rates from 6.375% to 8.875%
What are the Requirements?
- Home must be located in the City of Pittsburgh
- Borrower must own and occupy the home
- Home must have only 1 or 2 residential unit
- Earn less than $90,000 per year per household
- Have acceptable credit with a middle FICO score of at least 620.
