The URA is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of various properties in the process of assembling sites for redevelopment.
What properties are available for sale by the URA?
Search the Allegheny County Real Estate Website to determine if a property that you are interested in is owned by the URA.

IMPORTANT: URA properties are shown on the County website with the owner name URBAN REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. To inquire on URA-owned properties only, complete this inquiry form.
Properties shown on the County website with the owner name CITY OF PITTSBURGH are not owned by the URA. For information concerning City-owned properties, please call the City Finance Department at 412-255-2300. The URA will not respond to requests to purchase City-owned properties.
