Bedford Hill HOPE VI Redevelopment - Phase I
The revitalization plan called for the demolition of the 460 units of public housing at Bedford Additions and the renovation and new construction of approximately 600 units of mixed income rental and for-sale housing.
Currently, enough land has been acquired for the first phase of the rental and for-sale housing development.
