Bedford Hill
Bedford Hill HOPE VI Redevelopment - Phase I
The Phase One rental project area is divided into Phase IA and Phase IB for tax credit purposes. Bedford Phase IA, L.P. and Bedford Phase IB, L.P. consist of the same general partner. There are 48 rental units in Phase IA and 99 rental units in Phase IB. Approximately 75% of the units will be rented to families at or below 60% of the area median income.
