Bedford Hill
Bedford Hill HOPE VI Redevelopment - Phase I
Fifty percent (50%) of the total units are public housing replacement units. The Phase I for-sale area is scattered throughout the rental development. Some of the for-sale units will be affordable to households 80% or below the area median income.
The rental construction loan closed on August 14, 2002. Construction for the first phase of the rental development is almost complete. The first residents moved into the new development in October 2003. Construction of the first phase of the for-sale development has not yet started.
