Summerset at Frick Park
Transformation of the Former Site (Nine Mile Run)
This former riverside slag dump is currently being transformed into Pittsburgh's largest and most noteworthy residential development since World War II. Summerset at Frick Park is a collaborative effort of the URA and Summerset Land Development Associates, a partnership of The Rubinoff Company, Montgomery & Rust, Inc., Pennrose Falbo Associates and EQA Landmark Communities.
The 238-acre phased project will include a total of 713 housing units comprised of 336 single-family homes, 121 townhouses, and 256 apartment units.
