    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is seeking redevelopers and/or redevelopment teams ("Developer") for the Woods House ("Site") in the Hazelwood neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh ("City"). The goal of this RFP is to select a Developer who has both the ability to purchase the Site and to complete a unique redevelopment project that restores the Site's original historical condition.

    REVISED Request for Development Proposals (RFP): Pittsburgh Technology Center (PTC) in the City of Pittsburgh

    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is seeking developers and/or development teams (the "developer") to submit proposals for the purchase and development of individual sites located in the Pittsburgh Technology Center (PTC). Ranging from 0.92 to 4.04 acres, these shovel-ready sites offer a unique opportunity to develop in one of the City's premier research and development clusters. The goal of the RFP is to select a developer who will further progress the Preliminary Land Development Plan (PLDP) that was adopted for PTC in January of 2007. The PLDP's primary goal is to encourage the continued growth of advanced technology industries by offering competitive development sites within the City.

    Request for Redevelopment Proposals (RFP): 620, 624 and 628 East Ohio Street in the Historic Deutschtown Neighborhood (East Allegheny) of the City of Pittsburgh

    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA), in partnership with the Historic Deutschtown Development Corporation (HDDC), is seeking developers and/or development teams for three contiguous buildings (the "site") along the East Ohio Street Business District in the Historic Deutschtown neighborhood (East Allegheny) of the City of Pittsburgh (the "City"). The goal of this RFP is to select a single respondent to complete a distinctive mixed use redevelopment of 620, 624 and 628 East Ohio Street. Historic preservation of 628 East Ohio Street is imperative. Responses that propose demolition of this structure will not be considered. The URA and HDDC are primarily focused on the sale of 620, 624 and 628 East Ohio Street, but proposals that include the assemblage of other privately owned or under option adjacent parcels to create greater development density would be given special consideration. There is no commitment by the URA to provide subsidy for this project. Proposals must take this into consideration.

    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (the "URA'') is soliciting proposals from experienced redevelopers, and/or redevelopment teams (the "respondent") who has the ability to purchase and to redevelop vacant land into a structured parking garage in the Uptown neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh. The goal of the RFP is to recommend to the URA's Board of Directors (the "URA Board") a single respondent to complete a high-quality structured parking garage using all of the available parcels bordered by one half of Colwell Street, Stevenson Street, Our Way, and Pride Street (the "site").

    REVISED REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP): 62ND Street Industrial Park in the Upper Lawrenceville Neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh

    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is seeking developers and/or development teams (the "Developer") to submit proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of all, or part, of the 62nd Street Industrial Park (the "Site") in the Upper Lawrenceville neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh. The goal of this RFP is to select a Developer who presents a response that optimizes building density, facility operations and job creation. Preference will be given to proposals that incorporate the relocation of the Lawrenceville neighborhood's heavy industry and warehouses from residentially intensive areas to this Site to help to reduce truck traffic in the commercial district.
