    REVISED Request for Qualifications: Urban Matters Pilot Program

    The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is requesting qualifications from community based organizations to participate in a pilot program called Urban Matters (UM). The URA is interested in expanding its community outreach to distressed neighborhoods throughout the City of Pittsburgh and partnering with neighborhood organizations to encourage greater resident engagement and participation in community planning and redevelopment activities. The URA recognizes that with more formal community education, engagement and participation, residents in the City's most distressed neighborhoods will take greater ownership in these activities.     The East Liberty Transit Revitalization Investment District Revitalization Authority (ELTRIDRA) is a new Municipal Authority formed by the City of Pittsburgh in November of 2013. ELTRIDRA is staffed by the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh and is seeking an accounting firm to provide Accounting and Tax Services; and a separate accounting firm to provide Auditing Services for the calendar years 2014, 2015 and 2016. Firms may submit proposals for both services, but no firm will be awarded both contracts.
