The URA is seeking developers and/or development teams for multiple sites along Centre Avenue in the City’s Hill District neighborhood. Centre Avenue is the main business district of the neighborhood and is zoned for mixed-use commercial development. Developers and development teams may propose reuse for one, all or any combination of parcels described within.

The URA is seeking developers with the experience, capacity, and creativity, to transform sites at the Pittsburgh Technology Center. Ranging from .686 to 1.6 acres, these shovel ready sites offer a unique opportunity to develop in the region’s premier research and development hub.
