Certified Renovator (RRP) Initial Course

The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in conjunction with Professional Training Associates, Inc. (PTA) and the Riverside Innovation Center (RCI) | Diversity Business Resource Center (DBRC), is offering an incentive-based opportunity for contractor firms to become EPA certified renovators.

This course, officially entitled Certified Renovator (RRP) Initial, requires a 3–day commitment. Committing to Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3 will provide your firm with:

  • Two hours of hands-on-learning
  • Self-certification through EPA
  • Qualifications required for URA renovation opportunities
  • Prerequisite criteria for future training courses

Due to limited classroom space, there will be an application selection process. Applicants selected for the program will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for the training. The URA will cover the additional cost for each applicant that is selected to participate in the program.
