Pittsburgh Housing Construction Fund (PHCF)
The purpose of the Pittsburgh Housing Construction Fund (PHCF) is to provide construction financing to non-profit and for-profit developers for the substantial rehabilitation or new construction of for-sale housing. The PHCF provides low interest rate construction financing and grants for the purpose of increasing supply of affordable housing for homeownership and to eliminate substandard housing by ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Pittsburgh Development Fund (PDF)
The Pittsburgh Development Fund (PDF) provides a flexible source of funding to non-profit and for-profit developers for the new construction of market rate rental and for-sale housing. The Fund is also available for the acquisition and rehabilitation of market rate rental and for-sale housing.
