The URA is involved in hundreds of projects throughout the City of Pittsburgh.

For Developers and Contractors who would like to receive email alerts pertaining to Bids, Invitations to Bid, RFP's, and RFQ's The URA has transitioned to Ion Wave Technology (IWT), a cloud-based bidding platform for the automatic notification and transmittal of bid solicitations.  To receive notifications, you must register with the new system.  ALL Contractors seeking opportunities will now need to register to view and complete the URA Contractor Registration Packet from within the platform as well. Instructions on how to register can be found below.
