The URA utilizes Ion Wave Technology (IWT), a cloud-based bidding platform, for the automatic notification and transmittal of bid solicitations. Developers and contractors who would like to receive email alerts pertaining to Invitations to Bid, RFPs and RFQs must register with the IWT system. Instructions on how to register are found below.
