Quality Control & Inspections

The Quality Control & Inspections unit is responsible for the detailed planning, engineering and construction management associated with the URA's publicly supported development projects, as well as the URA's property maintenance programs.

The unit reviews plans, costs, and construction for housing and commercial projects and provides technical support for the URA's individual Home Repair Programs.

The unit also conducts site feasibility evaluations and reviews the design of development proposals submitted to the URA.
