Our mission is to change the face of entrepreneurship and venture capital by making strategic investments and by accelerating access and availability to risk capital to historically disadvantaged small businesses, while spurring economic growth in the City of Pittsburgh.

Main Street Ventures
Our Main Street Businesses will revolve around Revenue Based Financing, to promote long term strategic growth versus exit, for true economic development and local job creation
Pittsburgh Entrepreneur Fund 2.0
Strengthens MWBE technology and innovation-based businesses through shared risk/reward equity-like investment in business growth, investing in startups that cannot access typical investments
Venture Capital Co-Investment
Allows us to invest with other Venture Capital firms or funds, not only to be part of deal flow and offer our city as a place to build these firms, but to have higher returns + diversify
