Each year, the URA issues a public survey so residents can share their housing needs and have a say in how Housing Opportunity Fund dollars are used in the upcoming year. By taking the survey, you ensure that affordable housing programs are designed to meet the needs of Pittsburgh’s diverse communities.

Lower Hill
The 28-acre Lower Hill redevelopment will have a significant impact on the Hill District and entire Pittsburgh region. Part of this redevelopment involves transitioning land currently used as surface parking into a mix of office, retail, and housing, including the creation of a shared parking district.
