YOU’RE INVITED

Please join us as shortlisted redevelopers share how their proposals for the redevelopment of the 4800 Block of Second Avenue meet the goal of creating high-quality, mixed-use redevelopment projects in line with the Greater Hazelwood Neighborhood Plan. Attendees will have the opportunity to provide feedback to each redeveloper. 

BACKGROUND

On July 25, 2019, the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh issued a Request for Proposals from redevelopers and redevelopment teams to purchase and redevelop multiple sites along the Second Avenue/Irvine Street Corridor in the Hazelwood neighborhood the City of Pittsburgh.
