Regular Board Meeting Notice

The hybrid Regular URA Board Meeting will occur on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. EDT in the Lower Level Conference Room of the 412 Boulevard of the Allies office building Downtown. Registration is not required to attend. Greater Hill District Neighborhood Reinvestment Fund Initiatives

Draft program guidelines for the Greater Hill District Neighborhood Reinvestment Fund are available for public comment until October 6, 2025 at 5 p.m. The three initiatives are:

• Children, Youth and Education Initiatives aim to increase the capacity of community-based organizations to provide educational activities and experiences related to: STEM (science, technology, engineering, and  mathematics), the arts (dance, music, visual arts etc.), athletics, cultural awareness, and the improvement of educational outcomes. 
  
  
• Workforce Development Initiatives aim to provide grant support for initiatives that prepare individuals for sustainable employment through training, education, and job placement services. 
  
  
• Development Program Initiatives aim to provide grant support for new construction and rehabilitation of commercial, mixed-use and housing development.
