The URA works with commercial, residential and mixed-use developers to bring strategic and lasting improvement to our communities.
Large- and small-scale commercial, residential and mixed-use development can bring high impact change for our communities. These projects are the focus of the URA’s integrated economic development program.
The URA works with individual developers to link them with available sites; structuring financing; facilitating good community process—and help navigate the permitting process. Working together, we create a solid foundation that supports a sustainable development for the long haul.
The URA provides financial assistance from our own resources and also facilitates financing from our State and Federal partners. Our staff can also help arrange special financing for projects of a larger scope and impact.
