Enterprise Zone Program (EZP) applications open on July 1, 2020 and run through August 30, 2020 for 2020/2021 projects. If approved, the company is eligible for up to a 25 percent tax credit, with a maximum of $500,000 in credits for the EZP project. Credits may be sold or transferred. Eligible activities include: rehabilitation, expansion, building improvement, land improvement, engineering, architecture, acquisition.
