The URA issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking redevelopers to purchase and redevelop publicly-owned property at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Dinwiddie Street in the Uptown area of the City of Pittsburgh.
The goal of this RFP is to implement the community supported vision as identified in the 2017 EcoInnovation District (EID) Plan.
