Senior Housing Coming to Lincoln-Lemington-Belmar

Construction financing closed on December 18, 2019 for the Lemington Home for the Aged redevelopment located on Lincoln Avenue in the Lincoln-Lemington-Belmar neighborhood.
The URA worked in partnership with Redo 1625 LP, Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) and Housing Authority of City of Pittsburgh (HACP) to advance this adaptive reuse of the vacant and former Lemington Home for the Aged building, creating 54 affordable, one-bedroom-units of senior housing with complimentary housing and health services on the first floor. 10 units will be rented to households at or below 30% AMI; and 44 units will be rented to households at or below 50% AMI.
