URA Announces 2024 LIHTC Pre-Application Deadline
The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh’s (URA) 2024 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Pre-Application opens on Friday, September 15, 2023.
The purpose of this pre-application process is to screen projects that are applying to the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits to better understand the City's project pipeline, funding demand, and site control needs for publicly owned land involved in these projects. This year's URA pre-application includes options for both 4% and 9% projects. Projects seeking a preliminary commitment of URA funds in support of their LIHTC application and/or site control for publicly owned land must complete the URA pre-application.
Pre-applications are due by October 16, 2023 at 4:00 PM EST and can be completed online.
