URA Announces 2025 LIHTC Pre-Application Period
The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh’s (URA) 2025 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) pre-application opens today, September 16, 2024.
The purpose of this pre-application process is to screen projects that are applying to the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) for 4% or 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits to better understand the City of Pittsburgh's project pipeline, funding demand, and site control needs for publicly owned land involved in these projects.
Projects seeking a preliminary commitment of URA funds in support of their LIHTC application and/or site control for publicly owned land must complete the URA pre-application.
Pre-applications are due by Friday, November 15, 2024 at 4:00 PM EST and can be completed online.
