PITTSBURGH, PA (October 9, 2019) Affordable housing will be preserved in Highland Park, and affordable units in Homewood will be renovated for those entering the workforce after incarceration, under measures going before the board of the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh on Thursday.
