NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (the "Authority") will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 30 at 11:00 a.m., to discuss the issuance by the Authority of one or more series of its tax-exempt bonds (the "Bonds"), the proceeds of which shall be used, along with other available funds, for the following project (the "Project"):

A. Initial Owner: BC Liberty Avenue, LLC (the “Borrower”), a Pennsylvania limited liability company, whose address is 901-903 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.

B. Maximum Principal Amount of Bonds: An amount not to exceed $17,000,000 (exclusive of any original issue discount or original issue premium).

C. Location of Project: 901-903 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222.

D. Description of Project: The Project consists of (a) relating to the rehabilitation of approximately 50 affordable rental units, all located in the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; (b) the payment of a portion of the costs associated with the issuance of the Bonds; and (c) the payment of any other eligible costs for which proceeds of the Bonds may be expended, including but not limited to reimbursing the Borrower for costs incurred for the Project prior to the issuance of the Bonds.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD TELEPHONICALLY BY TOLL-FREE CONFERENCE CALL. PERSONS DESIRING TO EXPRESS THEIR VIEWS ON THE PROJECT SHOULD FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CONTAINED BELOW IN THIS NOTICE.

This notice is published, and the public hearing is being held by and on behalf of the Authority as the issuer of the Bonds, as required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and regulations promulgated thereunder.
