The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will hold a public hearing on October 6, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., to discuss the issuance by the Authority one or more series of its tax-exempt or taxable revenue bonds (the "Bonds"), the proceeds of which shall be used, along with other available funds, for the following project (the "Project"): 

 The Project consists of (a) rehabilitation of approximately 136 affordable rental units, all located in the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; (b) the payment of a portion of the costs associated with the issuance of the Bonds; and (c) the payment of any other eligible costs for which proceeds of the Bonds may be expended, including but not limited to, reimbursing the Borrower for costs incurred for the Project prior to the issuance of the Bonds.
