Applications Now Open for Programs Supporting Greater Hill District Residents
The Greater Hill District Neighborhood Reinvestment Fund (GHDNRF) Advisory Board and the URA announced today the opening of an application round for three new grant programs focused on development, workforce development, and children, youth and education initiatives, promising nearly $1.3 million in targeted investment in the Greater Hill District.
The GHDNRF is a community-driven fund designed to ensure that redevelopment of the Lower Hill contributes to the revitalization and equitable growth of the entire Greater Hill District and its residents. The fund directs diverted future tax revenues generated by development on the Lower Hill site toward development projects and community needs that align with the Greater Hill District Master Plan and the Community Collaboration and Implementation Plan.
