6957 Hamilton Avenue

TINK+Design LLC intends to acquire and renovate the structure located at 6957 Hamilton Avenue with the intent of moving its offices to the ground floor space for Phase I of the project.

The 2nd floor of the structure will be converted into a 2-bedroom/1-bath and 1 studio apartment. Both units will be geared toward low-income families.
