Equitable Empowerment Fund

The URA has formed a partnership with Neighborhood Allies and its Shared Real Estate Talent Team to provide technical assistance and professional support to small scale, community-based developers looking to respond to the Centre Avenue RFQ and other select RFQs/RFPs. Each RFQ/RFP will contain language indicating eligibility for technical assistance.

These resources are designated to organizations and businesses with annual revenue less than $500,000 per year with fewer than 10 employees. Respondents meeting the criteria are eligible to receive help with items such as RFQ/RFP language/packet development, budget and proforma development, site analysis, feasibility analysis, and general project support to ensure that the vision for the parcel is feasible and fits within the community plan.

Small grants of up to $5,000 may be available for RFQ/RFP preparation costs to those who qualify. Please note that grants are not awarded to individuals.

To find out how to seek assistance with building your RFQ/RFP response packet, please complete the inquiry form and a Neighborhood Allies team member will be in touch.
