The Urban Revelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is providing notice of a public hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment and hearing discussion concerning the issuance of one or more series of Mortgage Revenue Bonds to create a single-family first-mortgage program for City residents. A TEFRA (Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsiblity Act of 1982) hearing is mandated by the IRS to provide a reasonable opportunity for interested individuals to express their views, on the issuance of bonds and the nature of the improvements and projects for which the bond funds will be allocated.
