HOF Meeting Agendas and Minutes

Housing Opportunity Fund Advisory Board Meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. in a hybrid setting.

The Housing Opportunity Fund (HOF) was created by the City of Pittsburgh to help support the development and preservation of affordable and accessible housing in the city. The 17-member advisory board was appointed by the Mayor and approved by Council to help oversee the Fund. 

Housing Opportunity Fund Advisory Board Meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. in a hybrid setting. Members of the public can attend the meeting in-person at 412 Blvd. of the Allies, or view a livestream of the event on the City Channel Pittsburgh YouTube page. All meetings are recorded and posted to City Channel Pittsburgh's YouTube.

HOF Advisory Board Meeting Notice

The February 2026 Housing Opportunity Fund Advisory Board Meeting will take place on February 3, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Members of the public can attend the meeting in-person at 412 Blvd. of the Allies, or view a livestream of the event on the City Channel Pittsburgh YouTube page.

Public Comment Instructions

Members of the public may provide public comment on agenda items in one of the following formats: in-person, virtually via Zoom or in written form. Speakers are permitted a maximum of three minutes to address the Advisory Board. To register to provide comment, please email HOF@ura.org or call 412-255-6694 by 4:00 p.m. on the Monday before the Advisory Board Meeting.  

  • Those who wish to provide public comment in-person must register by emailing HOF@ura.org. 
  • Those who wish to provide public comment virtually must register by emailing HOF@ura.org. Upon registration, you will be sent a Zoom Meeting link to participate.
     
  • Those who wish to provide written comment can email their comment to HOF@ura.org.
