Housing Opportunity Fund Advisory Board Meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. in a hybrid setting.

The November 2025 Housing Opportunity Fund Advisory Board Meeting is scheduled for November 4, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
Public Comment Instructions
Members of the public may provide public comment on agenda items in one of the following formats: virtually via Zoom or in written form. Speakers will be permitted a maximum of three minutes to address the Advisory Board. To register to provide comment, please email HOF@ura.org or call 412-255-6694 by 4:00 PM the Monday before the Advisory Board Meeting.
- Those who wish to provide public comment virtually must register by emailing HOF@ura.org. Upon registration, you will be sent a Zoom Meeting link to participate.
- Those who wish to provide written comment can email their comment to HOF@ura.org.
